Background
Bruno’s Best Friend is a location-based dog walking website that allows dog owners to select walkers in their area and schedule them to walk their dog. This project is to expand on their UX research to complete user interface design of their website.

Design Process
This project builds on the research conducted by Bruno’s Best Friend’s UX team. Before initiating the design phase, I received personas, low-fidelity wireframes, and valuable insights from user interviews and testing. The figures below illustrate our current stage within the Double Diamond design process, highlighting completed tasks and outlining our ongoing approach.

Conducted user testing to evaluate if users can find information easily and book a dog walker successfully, identify any issues and pain points that haven’t been addressed in the design and provide insights for possible changes.

Refine
1. Returning users can conveniently rebook a previous walker with just a click of the ‘Book’ button, without needing to visit their profile page.
2. A new section featuring a series of photos has been added to highlight the time the walker spends with the dogs, offering clearer insight into the dog walker’s activities.
3. Users need to log in to book a dog walker, which helps build trust and confidence with the platform. This also facilitates easy communication with the booked walker and access to booking history.
